Admissions:
Application Materials

Applications for admission are available beginning in January of each year and must be submitted to YCHS by the deadline. Interested students and their families must submit the following to be considered for our After School Admissions Program (ASAP):


1) Completed Application Form

2) Copies of Official Transcripts/ Report Cards for the full year of 6th and 7th grade and the first semester of 8th grade

3) Recommendation Form filled out by a 6th, 7th, or 8th grade teacher or principal

4) $5.00 application fee


Applications for the 2023-2024 school year are due on Friday, February 24, 2023.
